March 8, 2011 at 6:47 pmUmmm… Being all South Bay, I used to hang out at the Redondo Beach pier a lot, and that' place has always had some of the grossest water I ever saw. Big churning whirlpools of styrofoam and poop and everything else. These guys were probably just looking for the exit.
